मौद्रिक नीति का महत्व
1. ब्याज दर
विभिन्न देशों में मौद्रिक प्राधिकरण का अर्थव्यवस्था-व्यापी ब्याज दरों पर अलग-अलग नियंत्रण है। इस दर का बाजार की अन्य ब्याज दरों पर प्रभाव पड़ता है, लेकिन इसका कोई सीधा संबंध नहीं है।
2. बैंक दर नीति
बैंक दर को छूट दर के रूप में भी जाना जाता है। यह मौद्रिक नीति का सबसे पुराना साधन है। बैंकों की दर का महत्व इस तथ्य में निहित है कि यह ब्याज की अन्य दरों के लिए एक गति-सेटर के रूप में कार्य करता है।

Commercial banks in every country have to keep a certain amount of total deposits with the central bank and can land the remaining into other investment projects.so,if the CR is increased the morning supply will also be decreased and vice- versa.
